Affirmation of the Week #5

I release any reason or belief to feel shame towards myself.

What pushes at my heart and pulls at my mind making me feel less than adequate?

What story about myself has defined my past?

What story have I believed which hurts my ability to see the best of myself?

How do I feel ashamed of myself?

I breathe in.

And on my breath out, I release these falsehoods, no-longer-needed beliefs, and anything which holds shame for me.

I openly affirm:
