Affirmation of the Week #6

I forgive myself for feeling shameful about myself.

I consider my heart and acknowledge that now is the time to quit with the disappointment of blame-shame.

I see my strength.

I see my light.

I see me within the beauty of my soul.

Now, I forgive.

I release the need to blame.

I release the habit of shame.

Knowing that there is no longer a place in my life for shame:
