Within the acceptance of an open heart,
I embrace the fullness of my heart.
Each moment of my life, I bring my heart.
I trust the unfolding.
I trust I can keep myself safe.
For life expresses its richness in the full and open heart of my Best Self.
Spark Notes: writing prompts to spark reflection and contemplation
My heart was hurt when …
My heart is strong because …
I feel my heart close when …
To feel safe, my heart needs …
To feel loved, my heart desires …
In this moment, I open my heart to embrace …
The fullness of our heart is expressed in our eyes,
in our touch,
in what we write,
in what we say,
in the way we walk,
the way we receive,
the way we serve.
The Transformative Energy of Autumn
As the sun shifts in the sky and roots settle into the Earth, the energy of Autumn moves forward from the energy of Summer.
The unleashing of Summer has laid the groundwork for the emergence of Autumn’s harvest.
Sun and moon are moving toward a balance which supports the transformative energy of Autumn: Embrace.
To Embrace: In resonance with all levels body, mind, heart, and soul, heart opens to accept the richness of life’s experience.
Within the seasonal energy of Autumn, the motion of an open heart is in the embrace of the fullness of life.
To embrace is to be awake to the bounty contained within both challenge and possibility.
To embrace is to be open and accepting of self, releasing self-judgment and self-blame.
For the harvest to be bountiful, the body and the soul find alignment through the fullness of the cycles of the season.
As Autumn progresses, in balance, you are ready to begin when Winter’s dream comes once again.
Embrace the fullness, alpha and omega.
An eternal life cycle as Soul transcends.
Embrace the new wholeness of body, mind, heart, and soul.
The energy within you is a willingness to embrace the best of who you are and can become.
