Best Affirmations for Joy

Drawing from my experience and my writing, here are four best affirmations for joy.

On Joy

An incredible sense of exuberance and elation is possible in any moment.

Often this sense comes when the push, the resistance,

the extreme effort lets go and just acknowledges the connection and balance in the moment.

My joy can be quiet and serene, bubbly and triumphant.

My joy comes from my center of being and rejoices in connection.

My joy is delight in truth.

My joy is trust of self, an expression of beginning.

I be Joy!

Affirmation #1:

Affirmation #1 for Joy

I love who I am becoming.

With the expansive possibilities of personal transformation, I am not the same from one moment to the next.

I exist, I am, I experience across a vast continuum of possibility.

My being is always becoming more within the learning and opening to being more in this moment than I thought I was in the past.

Though I may not have a clear idea of exactly what my being has become.

But that doesn’t matter because my focus is on my experience and living clearly in the joy of this moment of my becoming.

With joy, I affirm:

I love who I am becoming.

Affirmation #2:

I believe in myself.

I allow this affirmation to find its way into the darker corners of my mind and heart.

I allow myself to consider whatever needs attention, beyond expectation, stagnant belief, and egotistical desire.

From these hazy corners, I allow whatever disrespects me to move into my awareness.

I allow whatever denigrates the best of who I am to move forward.

I consider any belief, thought, emotion, or erroneous notion which challenges my belief in myself – and let it go.

This isn’t a process which concludes quickly.

Maybe years.

However, my willingness to be open and honest indicates my willingness to learn and grow.

But whatever time it takes is worthy of my effort because I am worthy of positive, active self-belief.

Firmly from my heart, I affirm:

I believe in myself.

Affirmation #3:

My life expresses joy in all moments.

Joy is a continual choice in this moment.

When joy is not my experience, ask, “Why not?”

Remember joy can be felt in frustrating moments when I find joy in the exploration and the process of understanding.

Coming out of my approach to life, joy is about my attitude, my choice in this moment.

My choice in this moment:

My life expresses joy in all moments.

Affirmation #4:

I embrace joy always.

To embrace is to stand arms opened wide in acceptance of the richness of all experience.

My heart is open.

My mind is willing.

My body is participating.

I am fully engaged in the many blessings and awesomeness of all of me.

Joy is my experience always without reservation, without avoidance.

Here, now, joy!

Within the power of the transformation I bring forward for myself, I joyfully declare:

I embrace joy always.
