Change and Self-Awareness

In this exchange with the Founders of the Akashic Records, they answer this question:

To manage change, does it truly come back to being self-aware?

The quick answer is yes and they share their reasoning for this response.

Everything comes to being aware of ourselves and to take our own decisions to stay in the moment.

Exactly. That’s the thing to do.

Partly because that’s not the only thing you could choose to do. But it’s the only thing that gets you through intact, doing your work in balance — all of that.

Yeah. Is that the integration that we’re talking about?

Yes. That’s at least the first step of it.

We’re all in the midst of the first step of physical-spiritual integration.

In a certain sense, there’s really no one on the planet that’s not there.

Because this is a change in the agreements of what it means to be human.

So what you really see is how different people choose to respond to that shift within.

Some people are going to ignore it and deny it.

Some people are going to say only special people get to do it.

The Akashic Records believe everybody on the planet is in the middle of this shift because, as they just said, this is a shift in the agreements of what it means to be human.

So Nobody escapes.

Change and Self-Awareness is one of many questions and answers with the Founders of the Akashic Records — here are more responses from the Founders. Opening the Founders of the Akashic Records is like opening the Records of the Records. While this example is brief, often the response is in-depth and brings forward both the unexpected and the comforting.
