Living Your Deepest Trust briefly examines how a sense of personal worthiness leads to freedom to be you!
I remember what it was like to struggle with a debilitating sense that I was not enough — not good enough, not fast enough, not worthy of being. I remember what it was like to feel I couldn’t get to my deepest truth.
To look at me now you might not see that this could have been my truth about myself say 20 years ago. But it was.
Personal worth and personal truth are intricately integrated within. When you question your worth, you will question your truth. Trust of self is difficult. Belief in self is barely there if not absent.
What I found for myself is that if I learn to begin within myself and calm the static of my critical voice, I begin to shift my perspective, my attitude, and my opinion about myself. Not exactly easy because any effort you make will bring more layers which need attention.
However, the effort helps you move in the direction of learning to believe in yourself and to trusting you to get to your deepest truth about you.
There is fear to overcome. Fear that we are utter failures. Yet behind this surface level fear is the foundational fear: I am powerful beyond measure.
Holy moly! It’s one thing to deal with your failures and a whole other thing to deal with your power within!
That’s why I was a YES when my friend Shawn Marshall reached out and asked if I’d be willing to share my thoughts and passion on:
- Moving from feeling trapped to creating a deep sense of personal worth, truth and freedom.
- How you can do the same.
Shawn has organized experts from around the world to interview and discuss personal freedom — especially the freedom to reinvent yourself. I’m one of the experts and will be discussing how developing a deep sense of personal worth is the path toward creating personal freedom.
