I step forward in strength within my Akashic Records practice.
Just as when you learn to open your Akashic Records, learning to open for Other will require some attunement to the energy.
Energetically, you will need to practice in order to become accustomed to the flow.
As you have experience, you will begin to get a sense of how to let what comes through the Records of Other be something you witness but do not absorb.
I think of the process like water off a duck.
You can see and feel the motion, but you do not inhale and make it yours.
At first this will take some focused intention and attention on your part.
As you learn that this is not about you solving a problem.
That opening for Other is about allowing the Akashic Records to provide support and response.
This allows a relaxation and allows strength and resilience to build.
Each experience adds new understanding.
Each experience expands your capacity.
Your journey brings what you need.
You become within your practice.

To complete this practice, gather what you need, and follow these steps.
Part I
In your Akashic Records, ask these questions:
1. How does the inflexibility of my ego interfere in my life and in my Akashic Records work?
2. How can I build strength to support my Akashic Records work?
Take some time to absorb this information.
Part II
Set up a Reading Exchange. Before you receive your Reading, open your Akashic Records again and ask for 2-3 questions about resilience and strength to ask in the Reading you receive.
Part III
In the Akashic Record Reading you receive, ask the following questions:
1. How does the inflexibility of my ego interfere in my life and in my Akashic Records work?
2. How can I build strength to support my Akashic Records work?
3. Ask the 2-3 questions you received from your Records.
