Viewing Self Within Truth

Viewing Self Within Truth, Strand Eight-One from The New Akashic Records, connection within the Akashic Records asks for self-truth without deception or denial.

The Akashic Records ask you to view yourself and All That Is from your point of truth, without deception or denial.

At the Center of Being the spiritual and physical aspects of the individual intersect with the Universal Life Force of All That Is. At this point, these three motions of energy find balance like a three-sided scale. The point of balance between these three motions is constantly shifting in each moment as we respond to the activities and experiences of our lives.

At this fluctuating point of balance, we find truth. Truth is the energy of balance and of equilibrium. Feeling balance and feeling truth are identical motions, both occurring through our Center of Being. Because the point of balance constantly shifts, we must find again in each moment our place of balance and truth. This is why truth is not absolute. Truth is what brings balance, the point where we feel peace and joy. Truth is also an individual experience, always in motion, shifting perspective and balance in the next moment of time.

Just as expectation, blame, fear, and judgment cloud our sense of balance, they also cloud our sense of truth. Your EBFJ appear in your awareness as either deception or denial. Deception and denial attempt to interfere or stop the process of gaining clarity. Deception wants nothing more than to fool you into believing that which is not your truth in this moment. Deception works by emphasizing the pain associated with a fear. Pain clouds awareness and creates trauma. Pain and trauma freeze the flow of energy, trapping fear and hurt in the heart and in the body, creating more pain. The increased pain makes the original deception feel like a reasonable coping skill. However, instead of finding relief, deception exists by making a bad situation worse.

Denial works by asking you to simply not look, not be aware, not seek clarity. Denial turns away, leaving any hope of truth behind where truth seems to be easily ignored. However, in denial you are asked to intentionally live without all of your capacity. Being blinded by denial only creates more frustration and more pain because you are trying to live your life without all of you, without balance, unwhole.

Truth then is the ability to show up with all your awareness and all your capacity ready to continually step into new knowing and new understanding. Truth is not an end result. Truth is a way to live life and is the basis for all spiritual practice. Healing seeks truth because denial and deception are not pathways to balance. Your truth today will not be your truth tomorrow. You are constant evolution. In balance, you find truth.

Wherever you are, you can always choose to change directions and you can always choose to release whatever deception and denial stands in your way. Life is not about hermitages which separate you from the strain or temptation of life in the world. Life is about full engagement to the best of your ability, here and now. Following truth propels you into the fullness of All of You, heart and soul, body and mind, balanced within the dynamic flow of All That Is. With increased focus and expanding awareness of your personal truth, you will find within yourself an increased capacity for releasing the blocks of your awareness. With release, your field of awareness will also expand within the Circle of Infinite Possibility, where you allow yesterday’s unknown in as today’s known. In other words, opening to truth is opening to the wonder of All That Is, literally expanding your universe, extending your vision into the infinite possibility that is you and is your life.

In summary, truth is your ability to see, to engage, to live fully in spite of pain, trauma, deception and denial. Living in truth accepts challenges as opportunities for growth, for understanding, for clarity, and for healing. The ebb and flow of your life activates your healing truth. The challenge, and the opportunity, always: Live Truth.
