Perfection is not a prerequisite. It's the thing in the way.

After 3,818 miles from Vermont to Oregon, I discovered the real journey was reconnecting with myself. On sabbatical, I'm embracing what makes me happy: creating and sharing. When you come home to you, you open the door to connection with others.

I've sat down to write this note several times. And each time, I stare off into the air,

Wonder widens what fear narrows.


Truth doesn’t need defense.


Ambiguity invites awareness.


Two truths can coexist.

Trust steadies more than control.


Control fades. Trust remains.


Let truth replace the need to prove.


Real safety grows from trust, not control.


When rightness hides fear, truth can’t grow.
