The Flow of Energy and Awareness
In the infinite flow of All That Is, everything is energy — and all energy is always in motion.
Life, then, is both a Being and a Becoming.
Being is the stillness of existence — the presence of now.
Becoming is the motion of that stillness — the unfolding of potential into form.
Together, Being and Becoming shape the full experience of existence: body, mind, heart, and soul — the continuum of energy flowing from potential to form and back again.
Being: The Experience of Presence
Being is the continuous, connected experience of existence.
It flows within awareness — from potential to form to potential again — a living motion that never ends.
Each moment of Being connects to every other, woven through the infinite and eternal rhythm of energy.
Being carries the characteristics of energy itself: knowing, motion, and intention.
At its deepest level, Being is awareness — balanced across all dimensions of All That Is — always appropriate to this moment of truth.
When you are aware of your Being, you sense that balance. It doesn’t need to be created; it already is.
Becoming: The Process of Growth and Alignment
Becoming is the process of stepping forward in alignment with your Being.
It’s how energy expresses motion through experience.
Some days Becoming feels effortless, like stepping into sunlight.
Other days it feels rough and uneven, like trudging through mud.
Often the result of the spiritual path are confused with the purpose of your journey — judging experiences as successes or failures instead of seeing them as moments of Becoming.
Life is the process of Becoming within awareness of balance. Balance is constant. Your awareness of it shifts as you learn and grow.
Balance as the Guiding Motion
Balance is not something you must create — it is something you feel into. In each moment, balance moves slightly, responding to what you learn, what you release, and what you embrace.
Yet you are trained to judge your experiences:
- “I learned that well!”
- “I did that badly!”
- “My energy’s high — good!”
- “I’m attracting the wrong thing — bad!”
These judgments miss the deeper truth:
All life is Becoming.
All life is Being.
Both exist together in balance.
Relax into awareness of where balance already is.
Challenges and Resistance
When challenges appear, awareness offers a simple question:
Where is my path of least resistance in this moment?
Challenge is not punishment; it’s clarity. Resistance reveals where you are holding, fearing, or judging. Instead of fighting resistance, you can feel into it — asking:
What can I understand about my resistance to find where balance is?
Pause and observe.
Where do you stop bumping against the same wall?
Where do you feel a lighter, more peaceful, more open space within?
That’s the direction of balance.
Living Awareness: Being and Becoming in Motion
Living life aware of Being and Becoming doesn’t remove the bumps along the way — it simply changes how you meet them.
In this moment, balance is already present. With this awareness, you can step forward intentionally into the best of your Being and Becoming.
Without awareness, life feels bound by reaction and resistance. With awareness, life expands — a flowing dance of energy, truth, and growth.
Being becomes balance — infinitely and eternally.
