Coherence

Coherence is a union — a unity of all the parts — and it's the natural state of things left to their own motion.

Coherence can feel like something to pull together. Line the parts up, get them cooperating, make the machine run smooth. And integration sounds like the work you'd do to get there — take the scattered pieces of yourself and join them back up, bolt by bolt, until they hold.

Here's the deal: there are no separated parts waiting to be assembled.

Coherence is a union — a unity of all the parts — and it's the natural state of things left to their own motion.

Coherence is not something to build and is not a construction project.

Cohere is what's already underneath – that which forms and fuels your foundation.

And to get hold of this idea, it's a matter of setting down your belief that you are divided, untrustworthy, unworthy.
